Jordan Lon Brandenburger, 22, of Sparta, Ill., formerly of Red Bud, Ill., died Saturday, Oct. 11, 2003, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Mo. He was born to Lonnie Brandenburger and Rita Hubbs on Sept. 29, 1981, in Belleville, Ill.
He graduated from Red Bud Elementary School in 1996 and Sparta High School in 2000. He was a St. Louis University Billikens fan.
Surviving are his father, Lonnie Brandenburger of Red Bud, Ill.; his mother, Rita Hubbs of Sparta, Ill.; a sister, Stephanie (fiance Jonathon Biffar) Brandenburger of Red Bud, Ill.; a brother, Dylan Mueller of Sparta, Ill.; a niece, Jordan Riley Brandenburger of Red Bud, Ill.; his paternal grandparents, Carl and Pat Brandenburger of Ellington, Mo.; his maternal grandfather, Earl Hubbs of Sparta, Ill.; his cat, Miss Buddha; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Jordan was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Carmel Hubbs; a cousin, Sarah Hubbs; and his great-grandparents, Wilbert and Delores Heyl.
