MARION, Ky. Beatrice Alvis Rankin, 90, of Marion, died at 5:20 p.m. Monday at Livingston County Hospital.
She is survived by one son, Edwin Rankin of Marion, N.C.; one daughter, Elizabeth Loesch of Vincennes, one brother, William Clement Alvis of Marion; one sister, Georgia Duvall of Marion; five grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
Her husband, Earl Wallace Rankin, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Gilbert Funeral Home. The Rev. Marion Boone will officiate. Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
