MARION, Ky. Jesse Alvis, retired Kentucky farmer, died Monday night at Methodist Hospital in Henderson. He was 89.
Survivors include a son, Jesse Wayne Alvis, Henderson; a sister, Mrs. Addie Daughtery, Marion; a brother, Jack Alvis, Henderson; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Tucker Funeral Home by the Rev. Charles Hulse, with burial in Mapleview Cemetery.
