She was the wife of the late Arthur L. Tellis, II, mother to the late Arthur L. Tellis, III, the late Mary Ruth Tellis Phillips and Angeline Tellis Wagner.
Mrs. Louise was a wonderful woman who loved my daughter as if she were her own granddaughter. She and Mr. Otts were like grandparents to me. I loved them and think of them often. My daughter and I used to attend Mass with Ms. Louise. She is dearly loved, remembered and missed.
