Mary was the beloved daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Arthur Tellis, II, wife of William Phillips, sister of Angeline Wagner and the late Arthur Tellis, III, mother to Ronald and Daniel Phillips and her furbaby Ditto.
She was taken suddenly and unexpectedly by a heart attack. She was much loved and is dearly missed.
Mary was a caring person who had many friends and family members who loved her. Her funeral procession was lead by her many Baltimore City Police Officer friends. She was a devoted wife, mother and daughter. She spent many hours each day caring for her elderly parents while still running her own business. She loved yellow roses and was very generous to her family and friends. The Lord took her too soon.
