Arthur was the son of Onesime and Marie (Falardeau)Leclerc. He worked as a stonemason in QC and also later in Alberta, He worked on the Parliament bldgs in Edmonton, and later earned money from carving headstones in the Fort St. John area.

Visited in 2007, the headstone was vandalized and there is currently no marker for this grave. Visited in 2014, family has had new headstone put on grave.
