She died of consumption per Clyde S. Henderson family records. Ettie was very much loved by many (Clyde S. Henderson Collection of Letters).

Ett and Henry George Davies married on April 29, 1873 by Rev. A.H. Carrier, and had a son, George Andrew Davies June 4, 1874 - after 1954. George was orphaned at a very young age and was raised by his grandmother Mary Addison Henderson both in PA and Nebraska. George finished high school in Rising City, Nebraska and went to the University of Lincoln and eventually got a job with the Burlington Railroad in Lincoln. He and his wife Maude Elliot or Elliott lived in Wahoo, Nebraska for 7 years. George went with Fruit Growers Express Co. on July 1, 1926 at LaCrosse, Wisconsin and lived in Washington, D.C. from Feb. 22, 1927 for years to his 75th birthday and traveled for them all over the united states.

George Andrew Davies and Maude had two children, Donald George and Ruth D. Davies.

According to Clyde S. Henderson records, George had two of Mary Addison Henderson's diaries (Velma Henderson Tetzloff had others). I have a transcript of the ones Clyde found, and would love to hear from anyone having further info.
