ANDREW SIMON
Andrew Simon, 65, of 592 S. Water St., Lomira, a retired Town of Wayne farmer, died at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at his home of an apparent heart attack.
Born at St. Kilian on Feb. 29, 1908, he was a son of Frank and Margaret Schrauth Simon. He married Anna Marie Straub on Oct. 10, 1942, at Holy Angels Church, West Bend.
Mr. Simon moved to Lomira in 1968 and was employed by Regal Ware at Kewaskum until his retirement in 1972.
Surviving are his widow; three brothers, Conrad of Milwaukee, Bernard of St. Kilian and Rev. Ambrose Simon of Nicaragua; and four sisters, Sister Ambrose, CSA, of Lomira, Sister Angelica, CSA, of Fond du Lac, Sister Theckla, CSA, of Hayes, Kan., and Miss Odelia Simon of Fond du Lac.
A daughter, Celine, and a brother, Joseph, preceded Mr. Simon in death.
Funeral services will be held at 9:40 a.m. Friday at Kietzer Funeral Home, Lomira, and at 1 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Lomira. The Rev. Ernst O. Dreher will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
