Denson Hutchens, 75, died at the family residence at 435 Hoyt avenue at 6 o'clock last evening following a long illness. The body will be removed this evening from the Meeks mortuary to the home of a son, Leonard Hutchens, 1516 West Fifteenth street. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 o'clock tomorrow morning from the South Avondale Christian Church with the Rev. Clyde Westervelt in charge. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Nancy Hutchens; five sons, Forrest Hutchens of Detroit, Alonzo, John and Denson, Jr., all of Muncie, Leonard Hutchens of Hartford City; two daughters, Mrs. Ida Shores and Mrs. India Smith.
