Callie Huff, age 88 years a resident of Summit Manor Nursing Home, of Columbia, Ky passed away Monday, Dec 22, 2003 at 9:43 a.m. at Westlake Regional Hospital. She was the daughter of the late James E. & Elnora Leach Bailey and the widow of Hallie Williams Huff.
Mrs. Huff is survived by one son, Leon Huff of Columbia Ky, and five daughters, Lacona Bryant, Fay DeVore, Fern Roy, Lora Atchley and Lois White, all of Columbia Ky. Eighteen grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, one step-grandson, three great-great grandchildren, one step great-great granddaughter and a host of other relatives and friends survive. She was of the Pentecostal faith and a homemaker. Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, December 24, 2003 at 1:00p.m. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro Carlie Riggs officiating. Interment in the Freedom Cemetery. Pallbearers are Lonnie DeVore, Bobby DeVore, Brandon White, Larry Bryant, Wayne Bryant, and Stacy Huff. Stotts-Phelps-McQueaary Funeral Home is in charge of Funeral Arrangements.
