Mr. Smith was a native and life long resident of Baldwin County. He was the son of the late Willie L. Smith, Sr. And Epsie Johnson Smith and was preceded in death by his siblings Earl Smith, Pete Smith, Donald Smith, Willie L. Smith , Jr., Emily Griffin, and Joyce Humphries.
He is survived by his wife Patsy Smith; sons Barry Smith, Michael (Cindi) Smith, Jason (Nikki) smith all of Milledgeville; grandsons Michael L. (Tracey) Smith of Lebanaon, PA, Shawn Smith, Tye Smith, Travis Smith, and Step-grandson Shane Brookins all of Milledgeville; granddaughters London Smith, Harlie smith and step-granddaughters Jessie Brookins and Megan Hill all of Milledgeville; great grandchildren Carter Ivey, Tristen Ingram and Darrien Ingram; brother Kenneth (Linda) Smith of Monticello; sisters Esther (Earl) Cheely of Carrollton and Frances Boyer of Devereau.
