She was also employed by the 4 Season's in Santa Barbara.

She was born just a few years after Custer's Last Stand; she lived through the SD dust bowl. Her father mined during the Black Hills gold rush.
In later years, she converted and volunteered as an altar lady for St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Ogden, Utah.
