DEATH CLAIMS AGED WOMAN
Miss Julia Allard, 85, Succumbs at Brooklyn Heights
Miss Julia Allard, 85 years old, died at 7:45 o'clock last night at the residence of her sister, Mrs. M. S. Scrivoner at Brooklyn Heights, where she made her home.
Miss Allard was born February 28, 1943 in Morgan County, Ohio. she had been a rsident of near Carthage since 1911, moving here from McDonald County, Missouri. She was a member of the United Brethern church. Besides her sister, Mrs. Scrivoner, she is survived by five nephews and four nieces. Only one nephew, H. F. Allard, of Miami, Oklahoma was able to attend the service.
Funeral services were held at the Knell parlors and Rev. W. W. Pierce, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Carthage officiated.
