Funeral services for Mrs. Virginia Maxine (Smith) Harlow, 65, of Livingston, were conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, February 25, 2011 from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home, with Bro. Edwin Garrett officiating.
Burial was in Bethel Cemetery in Allons.
Mrs. Harlow died Tuesday, February 22, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Born July 17, 1945 in Allons, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Sells) Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Talmagene Smith; and a sister, Ann Hunter.
Survivors include a son, Brian Harlow of Livingston; 4 daughters, Patti Harlow of Livingston, Mary Layne Christian of Sevierville, Molly Jean Turner of Cookeville, and Jennie Marie Harlow of Hilham; a sister, Ruby Maynord of Allons; 4 brothers, Bruce Smith, Delon Smith, and Louis Smith, all of Allons, and Franklin "Peck" Smith of Livingston; 12 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchldren.
