Mass of the Resurrection was celebrated at St. Patrick's Catholic Church for Jeanne (Agan) Peppard, 79, on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 with burial in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.

Mrs. Peppard was born in Kansas City, Kan, on March 22, 1925 to the late Amanda (Long) Agan and Arthur B. Agan and died Friday, April 8, 2004 in her home in San Antonio. She graduated from Lufkin High School and attended Sam Houston State University. She married Carl S. Peppard on Sept. 1, 1950. They have lived in San Antonio for the past 20 years. Mrs. Peppard was a homemaker and a loving and devoted wife and mother of three sons.

Survivors; husband, Carl Peppard of San Antonio; sons and daughtr-in-law, Kim Peppard and Dr. Kent and Bridget Peppard, all of Orange County, Calif., and Randy Peppard of San Antonio; sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Dr. Bob Rhodes of Lufkin; sister, Nancy Owens of Longwiew; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Sherra Agan of Crosby; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joe and Barbara Peppard of Huntington; sister-in-law, Kay Carrell Agan of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews and special cousins.

Mrs. Peppard was preceded in death by a brother, John Agan.
