James W. Shockley, 75, died Friday, February 25, 2011, at his home.

He was born November 11, 1935, to Fletcher and Bessie Bridges Shockley.

He was Retired from Brown Shoe Company and FMC. He was a Member of the Church of Christ.

Funeral Services will be at 1:30 P.M. Sunday, February 27, 2011, at the Mcmillan Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Ronnie Livingston officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery.

He is survived by his Wife, Barbara Greene Shockley; three Daughters, Beverly Crabb of Marietta; Vicki Shockley of Booneville; and Lori Welch and Husband, Wayman, of West Plains, MO; three Sisters, Bessie Hunkapiller of Booneville; Dean Floyd and Emma Floyd, both of East Union; one Brother, Bobby Joe Shockley of Booneville; three Grandchildren, Jeffrey Crabb, Jake Crabb and Kelsey Shockley; and three Great Grandchildren, Tana Tolar, Mark Crabb and Cade Brewer.

He was preceded in death by his Parents; two Sisters, Nettie Hamblin and Edith Pounds; and by three Brothers, Junior, Robby and Sonny Shockley.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. Saturday until Service time Sunday at the Funeral Home.
