Mrs. Verneman was born in South Bend and came to Muncie 48 years ago from Michigan. She moved to Parker City a week ago.
She was a member of the Riverview Church of the Nazarene and Daughters of America.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Reva Wright, Muncie, Mrs. Rayzella Montgomery, Parker City, and Mrs. Tyla Price, Jamestown, Tenn.; two sons, Herald E. Verneman Jr., Muncie, and Delmer E. Verneman Sr., Winchester; a sister, Mrs. Mary E. Carter, Mishawaka; 22 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
