Ms. Costilow was born in Americus, Georgia to the late Edgar and Tensie Bunch. She was a member of the Carrollton Baptist Church along with the Eastern Star and Daughters of the Confereracy. Ms. Costilow worked for many years with the Carroll County Clinic and then the Region 6 Community Mental Center (Life Help) in Greenwood, where she retired. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and X-ray Technician.
Ms. Costilow is survived by son, Mitchell Costilow (Angie) of North Carrollton; grandson, Hogan Costilow; niece, Sharon Ellis (Mike); nephew, Mike Jordan (Aimee); great-nephew, Cam Ellis; great-niece, Bunnie Jordan, all of Georgia; step-children, Millard Costilow, Jr. and Felix Costilow.
