Resident Dies
PLAINVIEW - Louisa Read Holloway, 81, died at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday In Lubbock. She lived in Plainview and had been ill for five years. Her daughter is Mrs. Clarence Fox of Albany.
Funeral was to be held at 2 p m. Thursday in the Wood-Dunning Colonial Chapel here with the Rev. Rush Barnett of Westmont Christian Church, Lubbock, officiating.
Burial will be in the Petersburg Cemetery beside the grave of her husband, B. F. Holloway,who died in September 1958. Surviving are five sons, Robcrt L. of Hereford, Bill of Petersburg, Alton of Plainview, Ernest of Midland, J. Murl of Lubbock; two daughters, Miss Carrie Bell Holloway of Plainview, Mrs. Clarence Fox of Albany; a sister, Mrs. Bell Thorn of Corsicana; six grand children and six great-grand children.
The family will be at the Alton Holloway residence at 81 Holliday Drive in Plainview.
