He was the son of Mossie Tuttle of London, Kentucky, the brother of Joann Barton of Bardstown, Kentucky, Jack Tuttle, Mary Lucye, Victor Tuttle and William Tuttle all of London, Kentucky, Jesse Tuttle of East Bernstadt, Kentucky and Diane Tuttle of Newman, Georgia. Funeral services for Carl Tuttle will be conducted Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., in London Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Delmar Gross officiating.
