[Obit] French Fremond Baird was born at River Falls, Wisc. Feb.3,1862, his age being 53[58] years 3 months and 19 days at the time of his death at Bandon on May 22,1920. Mr. Baird was married to Miss Carrie Ellen Crawford of River Falls,Wisc., Oct.8,1887. Five children were born to them, four of whom are living: Albert and Arthur Baird of Bandon, Mrs. Elmer E. Busnell of Ten Mile, and Mrs. R.C. Bowers of this city. Seven grandchildren, also two brothers, and a sister in the east, and one sister, Mrs. Faulds of Bandon. In 1903, Mr. Baird and family moved from Wisconsin to Washington, residing near Spokane. Buried in Norway Cemetery. Member of IOOF and 7th Day Adventist. Card of Thanks signed: Mrs. Carrie E.
