Frank Lee Marcellus
DOWNS — (PNS) — Frank Lee Marcellus, 77, died in his home at Downs at 1:35 p. m. (standard) Tuesday after a lengthy illness.
The body was taken to Stensel’s Funeral Home, LeRoy, where funeral services will be held at 3 p. m. (standard) Thursday, with the Rev. David Palmer of Downs officiating. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery, Downs.
He was born Oct. 20, 1873, south of Downs, a son of Samuel and Frances Ann Marcellus. He was in business both in Gilman and Downs.
He married Hattie A. Cheney March 4, 1896, at Downs. She preceded him in death.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Minnie E. Young of Downs; three nephews, Lyle and Harry of Downs and Frank of Itavia.
