William was the president of Surplus Electrical Innovations and was best known as a wonderful husband, father and Opa.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 31 years, Janet; his daughter, Jillian Marie Breitwieser and her husband Karl; his granddaughter, Marleigh Breitwieser; sister, Nancy Adkins and her husband Darryl; brother, George Stokley; and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Columba Ecumenical Ministries, 2114 Lafayette Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23509 or to the American Cancer Society, 4416 Expressway Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.
