Mrs. Elizabeth Myers died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Obediah Ruhl, in North Middleton township, near Carlisle Springs, on Sunday morning at 8 o'clock from the infirmities of old age. She was aged 93 years, 3 months and 18 days. Mrs. Myers was a daughter of the late David Braught, and the widow of Michael Myers, and was born in North Middleton township, October 3, 1812.

After her marriage she removed to the place where she died, having resided there for more than 60 years. Mrs. Myers was a Christian woman, and for many years a member of the Reformed Church at Carlisle Springs. She was a kind wife and mother, and her many friends will be sorry to learn of her death, even at her advanced age. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Emanuel Wert, North Middleton township; Mrs. Obediah Ruhl, North Middleton township, and David Myers, of Monroe township. She is also survived by the following sister and brother: Mrs. Anna Baker, South Hanover street (sic), and William Braught, North Hanover street (sic), Carlisle.

The funeral will take place on Tuesday morning, meeting at her late home at 10 o'clock. Services will be held in the church at Carlisle Springs. Interment in the graveyard adjoining church.

The funeral of Mrs. Elizabeth Myers, North Middleton, was held this morning, services in the Carlisle Springs church being conducted by Revs. Wissler and Groh, of Carlisle. The pall bearers were N.C. Wert, M.E. Wert, Harry Shultz and Harvey Myers.
