ASHEBORO - Edith Benbow Shaw, 81, of Loflin Pond Road, Asheboro, died Wednesday, July 16, 2003, at Clapp's Convalescent Nursing Home.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Cedar Falls Baptist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Frank Barrett officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She was a Yadkin County native and retired from Sapona Manufacturing, Cedar Falls. She was the widow of J. Odell Shaw.
Surviving are daughter, Donna McLaughlin of Jamestown; son, Danny Shaw of Asheboro; three grandsons.
The family will be at Pugh Funeral Home, Asheboro, 7-9 p.m. Friday, other times at the home.
