The daughter of Samuel & Mary (Smith) Nourse, she married Jonathan Kinne on Dec. 21, 1709 in Salem. This Rebecca Nourse was the granddaughter of Rebecca Nourse, who was accused of being a witch in Salem, MA. She was hung on 7-19-1692.
__________________________
"Rebecca and Jonathan had 9 children of record, they removed from Boxford and went to Sutton Ma. circa the mid 1720's. After Jonathan's death of unknown cause, Rebecca remarried in Sutton on 21 Aug, 1740 to a widower Benjamin Wheelock. There were no children born of this union. Benjamin died in Mendon on 13 Sept. 1746.

The last known physical citation this researcher has found is when Rebecca requested that her brother Ebenezer Nurse be the administrator of Rebecca's son Jonathan Jr's estate after he died in the French and Indian War. This request was written of 22 Jan 1757. She would turn 69 in Sept of 1757. Exactly where and when she died has still not been confirmed by physical citation."
