Mrs. Walter Depies,(nee Valeria Bennin) 41, New Holstein, died Saturday night at St. Nicholas Hospital, Sheboygan.

She was born in St. Nazianz and moved with her parents to Charlesburg where she attended parochial school. On June 30, 1937, she was married and made her home at New Holstein. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Congregation, the Christian Mothers Society, and the Catholic Information Club.

She is survived by her husband, Walter; three sons, James, Frederick and Thomas; four daughters, Mary, Joanne, Eileen and Yvonne, all at home; five brothers, Clement, Sault Ste. Marie; Raymond, Charlesburg; Clarence, Chilton, and August, Soap Lake, Wash; and two sisters, Mrs. Harold Stipe, Sheboygan Falls, and Mrs. Ambrose Berenz, Fond du Lac.
