Announces Anderson-Conley Nuptials
The approaching marriage of Mrs. Effie Anderson of this city to the Rev. George Conley of Detroit, Mich., was announced last Thursday afternoon by Mrs. E. I. Sondrol to the members of the A.B. club who were entertained at the Sondrol home. The wedding took place today (Wednesday) at Niagra Falls, and following an extended trip of about a month through the east and Canada, the couple will be at home for the time being in Estherville.
The announcement came as a surprise to the club members who were asked to draw cards bearing the name of the couple from a box. The Rev. Conley is a retired Baptist minister, and preached here on several occasions last summer.
