According to his Washington State death record, Lonzo was the son of William H. Tackett and Sidney Harrison.

In his WWI Draft Registration Card, Lonzo lived in Ferndale, Whatcom Co., Washington, with his wife Georgia. He worked as a farmer in Telkwa, British Columbia, Canada. The card was dated 10/12/1918.

"Funeral Held Today For Lonzo Tackett

Funeral services for Lonzo Tackett, age 64, of Route 1, Kent, who died Monday in Tacoma, were held this afternoon at two o'clock from the chapel of the Chittenden Funeral Home.

Rev. W. E. Callahan read the final service. Burial was in the Kent cemetery.

Mr. Tackett was a retired Northern Pacific Railroad car inspector. He was born June 11, 1875, in Missouri.

He is survived by his wife, Georgia, of Route 1, Kent."
