FOR LOVING GIRL
Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Methodist Church for Bertha Inez Evans, 16-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Evans of Loving, who died in a local hospital Wednesday noon.
Rev. Perry of the Baptist Church of Loving will officiate and burial will be in the Carlsbad Cemetery. The West Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The girl's death was due to typhoid fever which followed an operation ten days ago. Besides her parents, she is survived by one brother, Jeremiah.
