Obituary:
Mary Charlotte McQuirt was born July 18th, 1867, and died April 8th, 1908, aged 40 years, 8 months, and 20 days. On April 5th, 1887 she was joined in marriage with Mr. Douglas V. Kuhn. To this union were born six children, four sons and two daughters. She joined the Christian Disciple church about 1898, and continued a faithful member of the same to the day of her death. She was a model wife, a kind mother and a good neighbor. She leaves a husband, six children, father and mother, two brothers and two sisters, with a number of friends and neighbors to mourn her departure.
The funeral services were held at the home seven miles north of the city, and were conducted by Rev. E. R. Bell, after which the remains were laid to rest in beautiful Greenlawn cemetery, to await the resurrection morn.
