I had originally placed the burial in Evergreen Cemetery because of the death certificate. But got the following message from photo contributor W. Domengeaux.:
Confirmed with Evergreen Cemetery office this person is not buried here. During this time there are many death cert that have the wrong cemetery. Could be buried at City Cemetery. Will try to check on this another day.
Until I have a chance to investigate more, I will leave the memorial here.
