The death of Mrs. Anna Kinney Crabtree occurred Aug. 14 at the home of her daughter Mrs. Sadie Thomas with whom she has lived for several years. Mrs. Crabtree was 93 years of age and was born in Centerville, N. B., being the last of a large family and the mother of 12 sons and daughters of whom four sons and three daughters are now living: Mrs. Sadie Thomas of Milo; Mrs. H. H. Anderson of Dover-Foxcroft; Mrs. Anna Bolster, of Portland; David Crabtree of Littleton; T. D. Crabtree of Dover-Foxcroft; Wesley Crabtree of Smithfield; and Everett Crabtree of Springfield, Mass. Mrs. Crabtree was a member of the Baptist church of long standing. The funeral was held from the Thomas home.
