SHOP OWNER DIES
Mrs. Adah Buskirk, 52, 704 North Mesa Street, died in a Carlsbad hospital at 2:30 a.m. today following a three-day illness.
Mrs. Buskirk, wife of Thomas B. Buskirk, was formerly engaged with her son, Don Buskirk, in the operation of the Turquoise Gift Shop here until they sold the business last February.
Funeral rites will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 at the West Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. L. B. Trone, pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Carlsbad Cemetery.
Mrs. Buskirk is survived by her husband and son, one daughter, Judith M. Buskirk, Carlsbad; one brother, M.A. Baker, Carlsbad; and one sister, Mrs. Margaret Raymond of Indianapolis, Ind. She had lived here for six years.

Pallbearers will be Horace Hubert, Kenneth Cass, Dick garner, Howard Rutz, A.D. Carpenter and Ted Best.
