ILENE GROHMAN, of Memphis, former owner of the old La Rosa's Tamale Co., died Sunday at Baptist Memorial Hospital East after a short illness. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. She was a member of Holmes Street Baptist Church and Irish Society of Memphis. Mrs. Grohman, the widow of Joseph L. Grohman, leaves two sisters, Mickey Laukhuff of Memphis and Alice O'Bannon of New Orleans. (Published in The Commercial Appeal 9/20/1993)
