Leroy Hodge, 76, died Monday at Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa., after a long illness. He was a native of Bulloch County, but resided in Philadelphia for several years. He was a retired employee of Roman Hash Embalming Chemical Company.
Survivors include his mother, Geneva Hodge, Statesboro; one daughter, Quanita Hodge, Orangeburg, S.C.; and one son, Leroy Hodge Jr., Orangeburg, S.C.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of James R. Barnes Mortuary. Burial will be in Eastside Cemetery.
