Mrs. Josephine Sipe, 79, wife of Raymond C. Sipe, 119 South Franklin Street, died Tuesday afternoon at Ball Hospital following an extended illness.
Born in Delaware County, Mrs. Sipe had spent her entire life in this community.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a brother, Claude Barnes, Muncie, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted at The Meeks Mortuary at 1:30 p.m. Thursday with Dr. E. Ernest Kaufman officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the mortuary from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday and prior to services Thursday.
