Charles H. Bucknell, son of Stanley and Grace Tucker Bucknell, was born April 18, 1908 at rural Belleville, and died June 6, 1996 at the Belleville Lutheran Home at the age of 88.

He was a lifetime resident of the Belleville area.

He was a retired Port of Entry inspector and farmer.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife Eva E. Bucknell of Belleville, and two sisters, Frances Tainter of Olathe, and Wilma Bucknell of Salina.

Graveside services and burial will be at a later date at the Rose Mound Cemetery, rural Hardy, Neb.

There will be no visitation. Bachelor-Faulkner-Dart-Surber Funeral Home, Belleville, is in charge of arrangements.
