The son of Hardin Noel Bell and Myrtle McCoin; he was married to Dolly Muller Bell for 58 years of the late Dolly Muller Bell. He is survived by three sons, Arthur C. (Marie) Bell, David A. (Lina) Bell, and Steven T. (Lilly) Bell, Sr.; four brothers, Walter Bell, Dean Bell, Hurley Bell, and Roy Bell; three sisters, Darlene Hearson, Georgia Higgins, and Jean Combs; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was predeceased by one son, Jeffrey L. Bell; one brother, Ernest Bell; and one sister, Hazel Adams.
