Death entered the house of the aged Elam Milby and took from him his beloved wife, nevertheless God has bountifully blessed them with longevity. It has been fifty nine years since their wedding. Until a few years ago they were enjoying a happy life then sickness entered in. Nancy Ellen Milby the deceased was born August 23, 1846 and died February 3, 1924. She was 77 years, 5 months and 20 days olds. She had been ill for one year and immediate cause of her death was a complication of diseases. She professed faith in Christ at an early age and remained loyal to her church and God. Mrs. Milby is survived by her husband and ten children. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. A D Milby. John N Milby leading in the singing. She was buried near old Brush Creek Church., Lobb. Kentucky.
