Peter David was a farmer, and school teacher. His farm was 125 acres with heavy timber with 1.8 acre tobacco base. This farm was located 5 miles from Bloyds Store at Lobb, Ky. in Green County. There were two barns on the property with outbuildings. He lived in a 7 room house there for most of his life. (Information from the auction pamphlet) The real estate was sold in two tracts.
