Mrs. George McDonald
ELKTON - Mrs. Minnie [sic] Shifflett McDonald, 73, wife of George McDonald, died Thursday afternoon at Rockingham Memorial Hospital. She had been in ill health for some time.
She was a daughter of W. H. K. and Mary Ann Shifflett.
Besides her husband, she is survived by six children: Grover and Floyd McDonald, Elkton; Roy McDonald, at home; Mrs. Robert Sipe, McGaheysville; Mrs. W. E. Shifflett, South Carolina and Mrs. Winifred Meadows, Elkton; and a sister, Mrs. Bessie Thomas, at home.
The body is at the Brill funeral home, pending arrangements.
