TRUJILLO

Prayer services for Edward Trujillo, 45, 2413 Hudson St., will be today at 7 p.m. in West Funeral Home. Funeral services will be announced later.

He died Tuesday at his residence.

Born in Loving, he graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1958 and attended New Mexico State University at Carlsbad.

He was employed with the New Mexico Employment Security Commission and also worked at Henry's Auto, Glass and Upholstery Shop. He had been self-employed at A-1 Upholstery Shop. He was a member of the Spanish Assembly of God Church. He also belong to the National Guard, was a past president of LULAC and member of the G.I. Forum.

Survivors include his wife, Carmen; three sons, Jeffery, Eric and Randy; a daughter, Felicia, all of Carlsbad; four brothers, Henry, Albuquerque, Eloy, Farming, Elmer, Concord, Calif. and Ernest, Carlsbad; four sisters, Ester Sandate, Phoenix, Ariz., Ernestine Seferano and Elisa Gurule, both of Santa Fe, and Emma Chavarria, Carlsbad.

Services for Edward Alvarez Trujillo, 45, 2413 Hudson St., will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the West Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Oscar Trillo of Spanish Assembly of God Church officiating. Burial will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Carrasco, Fabian Carrasco, Mario Carrasco, Felix Carrasco, Manuel Duran and Jerome Holguin.
