Mrs. Margaret Roberts Dies in Lexington
Services for Mrs. Margaret Glass Roberts, 81 who died Saturday in Lexington, were held here Monday by the Rev. L.H. Roebuck. Burial was in the Georgetown Cemetery.
Additional Notes:
Margaret Dearing Glass Roberts was the wife of Robert Melvin Glass. In her later years, Margaret lived in a mobile home on the property of her son Lewis Coffman Glass at the edge of Georgetown. She faithfully attended the Church of the Nazarene on Clayton Avenue. She usually rode to church with Iva Lee and Major Glass.
Margaret and Robert were parents of seven children:
