Son of Henry Albert Johns and Melissa Wilkerson/Wilkinson
Married Mary Ann Elizabeth Glisson and had three boys.
Alex Daniel Johns, Joe Hinklin Johns, and Henry Albert Johns. Charlie was my great Grandfather.

Charles “Charlie” H. Johns (1882-1960), 77, Rte. 3, Palatka, died in a Palatka hospital at 10:45 p.m. Thursday after a long illness.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Etoniah Primitive Baptist Church, Bardin, with Rev. C. E. Faulk, pastor of the Lundy Baptist Mission, officiating, assisted by Rev. J. H. Hersey, Jr. Interment will be in the Bardin Cemetery, Masters Funeral Home is in charge.
Johns was a native of Putnam county and a member of the Lundy Baptist Mission.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Margaret G. Johns; three sons, Alex Daniels, Joe Hinklin, and Henry Albert, Palatka; one sister, Mrs. Hattie Bennett Nelson, Tampa; two brothers, George Washington, Fernandina and Riley, Palatka,; and eight grandchildren. Even Though his Obit states is wife was Margaret but we have no family record that her name was ever Margaret..
