Funeral services for Mrs. Lupina Mae Johns “Lula” “Pink” Knowles (1882-1950), who died in a Jacksonville hospital Saturday, will be held at the graveide at the Bardin Cemetery Tuesday at 2 p.m.
Surviving is one son, Thais Knowles, of Jacksonville, daughter, Mrs. Hazel Manning, St. Augustine; 6 grandchildren; one great-grandchild, a sister and four brothers. (Palatka Daily News Obituary dtd Monday, 13 Feb 1950.)
