Mrs Oma Lathelma (Willis) McLain, 35, Argo, Iowa, died in Iowa City Tuesday, June 15, 1943, after an illness of two weeks. Mrs McLain came from Missouri two years ago. Services will be held at 1 pm, Friday June 18, 1943, in the McGinms Funeral Home. Burial will be in Davenport, Iowa.
Mrs. McLain was born October 8, 1907, the daugher of Andy & Ella (Schoonover) Willis. She married Herbert McLain, January, 22, 1923. Surviving are her husband, five daughters; Mrs Mabel Sparks, Bessie, Peggy, Shirley, and Myrna Loy McLain, all of the home; a son, Kenneth McLain, at home, a grandson and two sisters.
