Louise Turner
Toulon – Louise Turner, 78, died at 10:30 p.m. Sunday, December 8, 1985, in North Port Hospital, North Port, Alabama.
Born June 4, 1907, in Monticello, Missouri, daughter of Harry and Mary (Yeager) Cottrell, she married Earl Turner August 1, 1925. He died in 1977.
Surviving is one son, Robert Turner of North Port; and two daughters, Mrs. John (Mary Sue) Lavelle, also of North Port, and Mrs. James (Sarah Louise) Clayton of Pine Top, Arizona, and two brothers, Lloyd Cottrell of Austin, Texas, and John R. Cottrell of Denver.
Mrs. Turner was a member of the First Baptist Church of Toulon, Toulon Chapter BY, PEO, and Toulon Women's Club.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 12, in the Kidd Funeral Home with Rev. William Shermer of her church officiating. Burial will be in Toulon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to her church.
