Rufus F. Greenway Sr., 84, died Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital after a short illness. He was a native of Emanue] County and lived in Pooler since 1941. He was retired from Union Camp and was a member
of Richard T, Turner Masonic Lodge in Pooler. He was a deacon of Countryside Baptist Church. .

Surviving are four sons, Rufus Greenway Jr. of Pooler, J.T. Greenway of Bloomingdale, Virgle Greenway of
Springfield, and Paul E. Greenway of Senoia; four brothers, Fred and Troy Greenway, both of Midville, and-Walter and Edward Greenway, both of Swainsboro; three sisters, Louise Bishop and Norma Hooks of Swainsboro, and Marie Coglin of Herndon; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral: 1 p.m. Thursday at Massey Chapel Funeral Home, burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
