WIFE OF OIL OFFICIAL DIES
Mrs. William R. Wallace Succumbs at 67 After Long Illness

Mrs. Annie McChrystal Wallace, 67, wife of William R. Wallace, vice president of the Utah Oil Refining company, died Friday at 11 p.m. at her home, 64 Ninth East street, after a prolonged illness.
She was born February 4, 1866, in Hancock, Mich., a daughter of John and Sarah Hancock McChrystal. The family later moved to Utah, where Mr. McChrystal was prominently identified with the mining industry and played a leading part in the development of the Tintic mining district. She was married to Mr. Wallace March 8, 1892.
Besides her husband she is survived by four sons: John M. Wallace, Henry A. Wallace and Alexander C. Wallace, all of Salt Lake, and William R. Wallace Jr. of San Francisco. Three brothers - Alex H. McChrystal, Mark McChrystal and Jayson McChrystal, Salt Lake, and a sister, Mrs. Sarah M. Parsons, Hollywood, Calif., also survive.

The headstone has the wrong year of birth. Both the obit and death certificate are for 1866.
